Human is definitely one of the most important factors in product procedures, which is the reason why all the big companies like Samsung or Canon both have many concerns about their employees. Fullandi is not except, we always put our workers first care.

Every year, we organize comprehensive health examination to ensure workers to have good health and detect disease early. 

 Besides, we also concentrate on the quality of employees by training Chinese in order to help the workers to be able to basically communicate with our Chinese Managers and Engineers.

 After two months of effectively learning, our workers have mastered a lot of words and simple dialogue.But not stop there, company leadership decided to reward a half of basic Chinese studying fee for three workers who have good results after the company training.

 Next, Fullandi has deserving award for excellent workers who have been voted by all other workers in the factory.

Apart from the reward of money, we have spirit stimulation that is all the workers gather in some special occasions such as monthly birthday parties or other Vietnamese holidays.
